1. Business Scope

CoreX PC specializes in the sale, supply, repair, and servicing of laptops, desktop computers, SMPS units, DVR systems, networking products, and various computer peripherals and accessories. The business primarily deals in brand-new products sourced from authorized distributors and suppliers. Pre-owned or refurbished products may be supplied only upon specific customer request and subject to separate disclosure of product condition. All transactions and services provided by CoreX PC are subject to the terms outlined in this document.

2. Definitions

For the purpose of clarity:
“New” products refer to unused and sealed items sourced through authorized suppliers or distributors.
“Pre-owned” or “used” products refer to items that have been previously utilized and are sold in working condition.
“Refurbished” products refer to products that have undergone repair, cleaning, testing, or restoration to ensure functional performance.

3. Product Condition & Transparency

All products sold by CoreX PC are tested and verified for proper functionality prior to delivery. Brand-new products are supplied in manufacturer-sealed or supplier-provided condition wherever applicable.
If a customer specifically requests pre-owned or refurbished products, CoreX PC will clearly communicate the product condition, specifications, warranty details, and any cosmetic imperfections before purchase. Such products may contain compatible replacement components where necessary for functionality.

4. Inspection & Acceptance

Customers are encouraged to inspect and verify the product specifications, condition, and performance before accepting delivery. Once the product is delivered or accepted by the customer, it shall be considered satisfactory unless covered under applicable warranty terms.

5. Warranty Terms

Warranty coverage, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned on the invoice and may vary depending on the product category and manufacturer policy. Warranty strictly covers hardware-related functional defects only.
Warranty does not cover:

Batteries, chargers, accessories, and consumable items are not covered unless explicitly specified. Any violation of these conditions may void the warranty.

6. DOA / Replacement Policy

If a Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) or replacement period is provided, customers must report issues within the specified timeframe. Replacement is subject to technical verification and stock availability. Products must be returned in the same condition as sold.

7. Return & Refund Policy

Returns or refunds are subject to the applicable manufacturer policy or specific invoice terms. Opened, damaged, misused, or specially ordered products may not qualify for return or refund. Warranty-based replacement or repair may be provided where applicable after technical verification.

8. Pricing & Payment Terms

Prices may vary depending on market conditions, stock availability, taxes, and supplier pricing. Full payment must be completed before delivery unless otherwise agreed. Payments may be made through UPI, bank transfer, cash, payment gateway, or approved EMI providers.
EMI or financing services are managed by third-party providers, and CoreX PC is not responsible for approval delays, rejections, or additional charges imposed by such providers.

9. Service & Repair Terms

Diagnostic and service charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for taking complete backups before submitting devices for repair or servicing. CoreX PC shall not be responsible for data loss, corrupted files, or software-related issues during repair processes.
Additional issues identified during inspection will be communicated to the customer before proceeding with further repairs.

10. Spare Parts & Components

Replacement parts used during servicing may include original, OEM, compatible, or equivalent components depending on availability and customer approval. CoreX PC ensures that all installed components are functional and suitable for the intended device.

11. Used / Refurbished Product Terms

Pre-owned or refurbished products are supplied only upon explicit customer request or based on product availability. Customers acknowledge that such products may show signs of prior usage and may not provide the same lifespan or battery performance as brand-new products unless specifically stated.

12. Delivery & Installation

Estimated delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to supplier delays, logistics, or stock availability. Installation or setup support will be provided only if agreed during purchase.

13. Liability Disclaimer

CoreX PC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including data loss, business interruption, loss of income, or incompatibility with third-party hardware or software.

14. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for using products under appropriate operating conditions, including proper power supply, ventilation, safe handling, and maintenance. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, overheating, or improper installation may void warranty eligibility.

15. Fraud & Misuse

Any attempt to misuse warranty claims, swap parts, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activities may result in immediate cancellation of warranty and service support.

16. Force Majeure

CoreX PC shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to fulfill obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, supplier shortages, government restrictions, or technical failures.

17. Governing Terms

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts. CoreX PC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing products or availing services from CoreX PC, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
